Return & Refund Policy

Overview
At FMX FLY, every item is produced on-demand through our fulfillment partner Printful. Because each product is made specifically for you when you place your order, we follow a print-on-demand return policy. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Return Window
You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns and offer full refunds or free replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received does not match what was ordered (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color)
- The print quality is significantly below acceptable standards
- The item was lost in transit
Non-Eligible Returns
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer (please consult our sizing guide before ordering)
- Slight color variations due to monitor display differences
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at contact@fmxfly.shop within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Return Shipping
For defective or incorrect items, FMX FLY covers the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items. For size exchanges due to customer error, a new order must be placed at the customer's expense.
