When will my card be charged?

Your payment is processed immediately when you place your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders enter production quickly. Contact us at contact@fmxfly.shop within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted via SSL and processed through Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–5 business days. After that, shipping typically takes 3–20 business days depending on your location. See our full Shipping Policy for details by region.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 USD qualify for free shipping worldwide. Use code FLY25 for a discount on your first order.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via Printful’s global fulfillment network. Customs fees may apply depending on your country — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Products & Sizing

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering. When in doubt between two sizes, our items tend to run slightly large for an oversized fit.

Are the colors accurate to what I see on screen?

We do our best to represent colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and, for garment-dyed items, the natural dyeing process — which makes each piece uniquely yours.

What is print-on-demand?

Every FMX FLY item is made specifically for you when you order it. This means zero waste, consistent quality, and a product made fresh just for you — fulfilled by our partner Printful.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selections. Please consult the size guide before ordering.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
