Fulfillment Partner

All FMX FLY products are printed and shipped on-demand by Printful, our global fulfillment partner. Orders are produced after payment is confirmed.

Production Time

Every order goes through a production phase before shipping:

  • T-shirts & apparel: 2–5 business days
  • Hats & accessories: 2–5 business days

Production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays).

Shipping Times (after production)

United States 3–7 business days
Europe 5–10 business days
Canada & Australia 7–14 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

Total estimated delivery = production time + shipping time.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over $75 USD
  • Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $75 (calculated at checkout)

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package via the carrier’s website or directly through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@fmxfly.shop with your order number. We will investigate with Printful and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
